Prices for long weekends that include public holidays (All Saints, 8th December, Eurochocolate, Easter, 1st May and 25th April) are calculated according to the highest summer tariff. An additional 3rd and 4th bed costs Euros 25-30-35-45 according to the season. The camp bed for children up to 3 years old costs Euros 15-20 according to the season.

The following services are available upon request: Shiatsu massage; boat trips; cycle hire; horse riding; taxi service to local towns and to Catania airport. Numeorus possibilities exist to experience and explore the local area on special tours which include visits to the sites featured in the Italian television series "Commissario Montalbano", a gastronomic wine tour with visits to local vineyards and wineries producing wine from the Nero d'Avola variety, a visit to Modica with a tasting session of its famous chocolate, a visit to the famous fish market at Portopalo (home port of the second most important fishing fleet in Sicily) and a visit to the flower market at Scicli.

You may request additional information or check availability of one or more B&Bs by clicking the button marked AVAILABILITY and sending your request after completing the form with the required information. By sending the form you are under no obligation. You may even request a free option (generally for a period of 3 to 5 days) on the B&B/s that you are interested in. Upon the agreed expiry date, you may either cancel the option or confirm your booking. If you decide to confirm a booking, you will be sent details of the bank to which payment of the initial deposit should be made. For this property the deposit is equal to 20% of the total amount of your stay, including any additional charges. When payment of the deposit has been received, you will be sent a VOUCHER and all documents necessary for your stay. The VOUCHER contains details of your B&B, the type of accommodation that has been booked, the period of your reservation, details of the amount of the deposit that has already been paid and details of the final remaining balance to be paid directly to the B&B.

The tenancy is concluded in the name and on behalf of the property under the terms and conditions and at the prices indicated on the websites ‘discover-sicily.eu’ and ‘discover-sicily.co.uk’. Booking implies a knowledge and acceptance without restriction of the terms and conditions included in the contract. The prices published on the website are the same as those indicated on the property's price list. All prices include the services specifically described in the details of the property, while additional services which are not included in the published price, must be requested and paid for in advance or directly upon arrival at the property. Check-in must take place between 13:00 and 20:00 hours, and check-out must be by 10.00 hours on the agreed date of departure, unless stated otherwise at the property's premises or on the website.
Discover Sicily's general cancellation policy stipulates that:
1) 15% of the deposit amount paid for the booking will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2) In cases of no-show or early departure which has not been agreed upon at least 7 days in advance: the payment for the total cost of the stay will be deducted from the client's credit card.

Terms & Conditions

• No penalty for cancellations communicated by noon on the 15th day prior to the client's arrival, and subsequent use by the client - within a year's time - of the deposit that might have been paid, subject to the availability of rooms.
• The cost of one night stay will be charged for cancellations communicated between day 14 and noon on the 7th day before the client's arrival.
• 30% of the entire amount for the stay will be charged if cancellations are received after noon on the 7th day before the client's arrival and until noon on the 3rd day before client's arrival.
• The entire amount for the stay will be charged for cancellations received after noon on the 3rd day before the client's arrival, in case of no-show, or if an early departure is communicated on the day of arrival.
