This house is a jewel set amidst an ancient quarter of Modica's historical city centre that dominates over the city; it has been recently restructured and prepared with attention to the smallest detail to grant you a charming, pleasant and comfortable environment to be fully experienced during your holiday. It develops on two levels: on the ground level, there is a large living area with a kitchen corner, a double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a small balcony where you can eat your breakfast. Getting up the stairs from the living room you can access a loft conversion, which consists of a relaxation and reading area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and panoramic terrace.
There is a standard sofa bed for two people in the living room. However, because of the limited space in the living room when the bed is left open, it is advised to use it mainly as support bed for kids or young adults.

Modica, a world heritage UNESCO site, is considered by many as the example of Sicilian baroque style. But Modica is also much more than its palaces, monuments and baroque churches. It is such a charming and unique place that you will fall in love with it at first encounter for its exuberance and vivacity and for its night clubs and famous restaurants. Modica is located amidst the Noto Valley and is ideally located to visit other late baroque towns such as Ragusa Ibla, Ispica, Noto and Scicli. Not to be missed are the natural reserves of Vendicari with their wonderful beaches, as well as Cavagrande del Cassibile with its well-known little lakes which are fed by waterfalls of fresh spring water, the naturalistic-archeological site of Pantalica and the numerous wild, golden beaches that fringe this farthest strip of the Sicilian south-east coast.
