Intimate and elegant little 4 star hotel in the heart of Palermo, situated in the old arabic district of "Kalsa", close to the fascinating and lively square of Piazza Marina - with its charming buildings and its good restaurants, pubs and cafès -  and Foro Italico, the seaside walk of the city, where to stroll and enjoy a good icecream at the shade of some secular mulberry trees. The hotel is the result of a careful restoration of an old palace dating back to XVIII century. From the terraces of the hotel you can enjoy a beautiful view of the historical centre of Palermo and Palazzo Steri. In the hotel there is also a nice spa where you can relax, pampered by a relaxing massage or a finnish sauna.

The hotel spreads over 4 floors, and has got 33 rooms, all furnished with taste, elegance and simplicity, and all equipped with all comforts including satellite TV, Internet connection, safe, minibar and telephone. Inside the hotel there are a small lounge and a reading corner, an open bar, a rooftop panoramic terrace for breakfast and a spa on the ground floor where you can enjoy the services of a relax area with sauna, steam room, spa pool, emotional showers and personalized beauty treatments.

Within 5 minute walk along the historical Corso Vittorio Emanuele you have all the treasures of the historical centre of Palermo: the Royal Palace, the Palatin Chapel, the church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Cathedral, Piazza Pretoria, Casa Professa, Martorana, Quattro Canti, the theatres Politeama and Massimo. Close to the hotel also the charming old markets of the town, "Vucciria", "Ballarò" and "Il Capo". Behind the hotel there is the famous square called Piazza Marina, surrounded by some beautiful noble palaces, and swarming of bar, pub, pizzerias and good reastaurants where to dine alfresco. On Saturdays and Sundays the square hosts an interesting little flea market. Along the seaside walk at Foro Italico, built in the old tick medieval walls, there is a suggestive literary-cafè called Kursal Kalesa, where you can dine, listen to live music, or have a look at the book-shop.
