Gorgeous summer residence immersed in a 3000 sq. mt mediterranean garden where are located a spectacular 16x8 mt pool with Jacuzzi and a tennis court. The property is situated in the centre of the beautiful marine reserve of Plemmirio, a few hundred meters from the sea, reachable by foot walking along a path opposite to the villa. The house, built out of Modica white stone, has recently been refurnished by the owners and equipped with all the comforts. Outside there are several quiet corners where it is pleasant to relax and pause, a wide patio opposite to the pool and another patio connecting the main house with the guest house.

A well cared garden surrounds the whole property, all around a rich mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, carob trees and palms. Close to the pool there is a wide patio with sun loungers, a table with chairs, a table tennis set, an outdoor shower and a small toilet room. Beside the pool there is a regulatory synthetic tennis court. Between the main house and the guest house there are a huge patio with a table which seats 8 people, and a relax area on the lawn. Close to the main entrance there is an external stairs which leads to the wide terrace with sea view. At the entrance there is a parking area for 4 cars. Close to the kitchen there is the BBQ area, with a covered zone where are the washing machine and a sink. The house, built out of Modica white stone, is 130 sq mt wide and comprises a living room with sofas (one of the sofas can be turned into a double bed) and dining table, two double bedrooms (in one of the double bedrooms a single bed can be added), two bathrooms with shower and a well equipped kitchen (fridge, electric oven, washing machine) looking onto the patio outdoors. In the guest house there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and frigobar, and a bathroom with shower.

The marine reserve of Plemmirio extends south of Syracuse from Punta Castelluccio and Punta di Milocca passing by Capo Murro di Porco, which is the edge of the Peninsula della Maddalena, a plateau whose highest level is 54 mt above the sea and which sweetly degrades towards the sea. Along its coast are enchanting caves, white rocks and little sandy tongues. The sea is uncontaminated, rich of several mediterranean species of fauna disappeared elsewhere. From here you can easily reach the beautiful beaches along the south-east coast towards Portopalo di Capopassero, for example the wonderful beaches in Vendicari Reserve. In addition to Syracuse and its archaeological park, you can easily get to the other Baroque towns: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Scicli and to the reserves of Pantalica and Cavagrande del Cassibile. Less than one hour drive, towards north, and you reach Parco dell'Etna, Gole dell'Alcantara and Taormina.

The house can sleep 8 people plus 2 people. The 2 additional posts available are in the double sofa bed in the living room.
