A green oasis, a wide Mediterranean vegetation park inside an estate of more than 100 hectares, immersed in the silence of nature a few steps away from the architectural and naturalistic beauties of eastern Sicily. This aristocratic countryside house, built at the beginning of the century, will make you taste a cutaway of the authentic Sicily, your sight will be totally delighted of the natural beauty of the place and of the breathtaking view over the near Etna Vulcan, your ears will only listen to the twittering by the migratory birds pausing at the close Nature Reserve of Vendicari. The main house gives onto a wonderful garden by all four sides. The house lays out over one floor, the main entrance leads you to a unique room hosting a living area with a chimney and a dining corner with a wonderful view over the Etna. From the sitting room you directly enter into the kitchen where you can also walk in from the garden. In the house there are two twins bedrooms (which in case of need can become doubles), a double bedroom, a bath with tub and one with shower. In the outbuilding , 3 meters far from the main house, there are a twin bedroom ( which in case of need can become double) with a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Outside facing the sitting room there is a patio equipped with seating sets and armchairs, in front of the outbuilding there is another great  masonry patio with a barbecue and a dining table. Crossing the wide park (8000 square meters), 250 meters away from the house, in a privy corner of the garden, covered by a rich vegetation, there is a wonderful 12x6 meters swimming pool.

The villa is located midway between Syracuse and Catania - both are within a thirty minute drive. There are numerous places of interest to visit including Caltagirone with its famous ceramics, Taormina and Isola Bella, the volcano Etna, the island of Ortigia, the Vendicari nature reserve and its enchanting sandy beaches, the lakes of Cavagrande del Cassibile, the Valley of Baroque (Noto, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla), the archeological Park of Eloro, the gorges of the Alcantara river, the Picciolo golf course – all within a drive of approximately one hour. The nearest village is Brucoli which is a five minute drive away. Here you can find good restaurants and enjoy fresh local seafood.
