The coast of Lascari is located at the foot of the Madonie nature reserve and extends as far as the promontory of Cefalù. This stretch of coastline is very flat with long golden beaches and clean water. Many summer residences have recently been constructed in the area, however, the beaches remain relatively uncrowded even in summer due their considerable length and the fact that the number of access points is relatively limited. The property is located around 100 metres from the beach at Salinelle which can be accessed via a small path.

The house is located in a residential area of houses and villas which are normally only occupied during the months of July and August. The beach is only a short distance from the house and can be accessed via a smally pathway which is surrounded by vegetation. In fact the house is only 100 metres from the sea. The villa is surrounded by a small garden and a shaded terrace with sofas, armchairs and a large dining table and chairs for 8 people. Inside there is a living area with two sofa beds (one of which can sleep two people), a satellite television set, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation downstairs is accessed via a staircase from the living room and comprises two bedrooms each with a double bed and air conditioning, a single bedroom with an electic ceiling fan and a bathroom with shower. Access is gained to the laundry room via an external door.

This area is a comfortable distance away from the summer crowds of Cefalù but the city is still within easy reach for an evening drink or a pizza. A car is necessary here as the house is a long way from the main road and public transport facilities in the area are limited. There are neveretheless numerous places to visit including the city of Cefalù, the delightful towns of Gratteri and Castelbuono and the Madonie nature reserve where there are numerous interesting walking trails. Slightly further away but still easily accessible is the city of Palermo with its famous monuments, churches, palaces, markets, bars and restaurants.
