Located in the middle of the Sicilian countryside, a short distance from the beaches of the Vendicari Nature Reserve and considered among the wildest and most beautiful areas of the island! Here you breathe in the real Sicilian atmosphere with its heady scents and intense colours. The house was constructed several years ago by the owner, a well-established Italian architect who decided to move to the island. Surrounded by seven hectares of orange and olive trees, the house is a quiet and cosy location in which to spend an unforgettable holiday. The cheerfulness of the owner and her warm welcome will remain with you forever. You can rent the whole property for your exclusive use.

The owner has created a fascinating environment by playing with colours and incorporating various design elements. Each room has its own unique design theme from which it takes its name. The 6 following rooms and the Suites are located in the main area of the Resort:
Aviatore and Flamboyant Room: suitable for 2 people, sea views, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, porch with sofa, private garden with pergola, table, chairs and loungers.
Thule and Luna Room: suitable for 2-3 people, twin or double bedroom, bathroom with shower, private garden with pergola, table, chairs and loungers.
Conchiglia Suite:  suitable for 2-4 people, views over the city of Noto and the sea, living area, fully-equipped kitchen, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, wood burning fireplace, terrace with dining table and chairs.
Oltremare Suite: suitable for 2 people, sea views, living area, kitchen, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, terrace with sofas and a private terrace with pergola, a dining table, chairs and loungers.
The property also contains 3 Cottages that are located at around 250 metres from the main residence. These are:
Kikinger Cottage: suitable for 2 people, 46 square metres in size, on two levels, sea views, offers living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower; on the upper floor there is a double bedroom. Outside there is a private porch offering panoramic views over Noto, a seaview terrace with a dining table, and a barbecue.
Asmara Cottage: suitable for 2 people, 46 square metres in size, with a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Outside there is a seaview courtyard surrounded by centuries-old fig trees and a bougainvillea and jasmine pergola, with dining table accomodating up to 4 people.
Cottage Berberè: suitable for 2 people, views of the sea and of Noto and the Nature Reserve of Vendicari. The Open Space includes a living area with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a night area with a double bed. Outside are two pergolas, a dining table accomodating 4 people, a porch with sofa, armchairs and loungers.

Your only worry will be deciding which architectural treasures or beautiful beaches to visit. This corner of Sicily offers both in abundance and choosing won’t be easy: going to the wonderful sandy beach of the Vendicari nature reserve or admiring the stunning baroque architecture to be found in the valley of Noto (UNESCO World Heritage site); going for a trip to the small lakes formed by the river Cassibile (Cavagrande) or visiting the Greek theatre at Syracuse; sailing towards the island of Capo delle Correnti or buying ceramics at Caltagirone. The only certainty is that you will leave looking forward to the day when you can return and see what you haven't had time to see this time.
