This imposing historical 19th century Sicilian overlooks the "conca d'oro" and has magnificent views of the city of Palermo and Monte Pellegrino. The apartment available for rental has been created in the western wing of the villa, in front of a beautiful Mediterranean garden complete with swimming pool. Here you will be able to spend a peaceful holiday in a calm and relaxing atmosphere and have an opportunity to visit the numerous treasures of Palermo which are only a short distance away from this historic property.

The owner of the house has spent a great deal of care and attention to details when furnishing this charming and exclusive apartment which covers an area of approximately 80 square metres. The property is delightful, cool and comfortable. It is made up of three charming bedrooms, two of which are each furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds, three bathrooms - one with a bath and shower, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The entire apartment is furnished with taste and elegance. A spacious living/dining room with satellite television, a small but well-equipped kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, and a small entrance hall with a desk, a computer and free internet connection complete the accommodation. Opposite the flat, inside a small patio, there is an outdoor shower. Outside there is a charming iron gazebo with comfortable sofas, a private patio with a table and chairs, a beautiful lawn and an area with a solarium and a 4 x 9,5 metre swimming pool which is available for the exclusive use of guests.

It will take only a five minute drive to reach and discover the wonderful treasures of the historical centre of Palermo, however, this property is only two kilometres away from the Catania/Messina highway and in half an hour you will reach Cefalù and its wonderful blue sea. Along the way you may stop and visit the villas at Bagheria, the fishing villages of Porticello and Sant’Elia, the ruins of Solunto. In just a little over an hour you can reach the Madonie National Park. Travelling in the opposite direction instead you head towards Trapani, stopping after about forty minutes at Scopello (Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve) and San Vito lo Capo to visit the amazing beaches and coastlines which are located in this area. Continuing further you will reach Erice, the salt-pans of Trapani and Marsala to visit its famous wineries. In short, this is an ideal base from which to visit the whole of the western part of Sicily.

For groups up to 3 people we apply a 10% discount on the first week and a 20% discount on the second week of reservation. A 10% discount is also applied for any reservation of a second week rental. The swimming pool is open each year from 1st April to 30th October and during this period guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool each day from 09:30 to 19:00. Upon arrival guests will find a welcome pack which includes immediate necessities such as drinking water, soap and toilet paper. Children from six years of age upwards are allowed. Pets are not permitted. In middle and low season flexible entry days are possible upon request. Private parking available for up to two cars.

Air conditioning is not included in medium and low season, however, it is available upon request at an additional charge of Euros 20.00 per day for seven hours a day. This additional charge is payable separately on site in cash. During winter heating is payable separately on site at a cost of Euros 30.00 per day for seven hours a day.
