This elegant, modern villa is located in a peaceful area of Mondello, away from the hustle and bustle of the summer season, but within easy reach of the sea by bicycle or on foot. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden which covers an area of approximately 3,500 square metres and by the gardens of neighbouring villas. The garden contains a large swimming pool (14 x 7 metres) which is surrounded by a lawn and is located just in front of the terrace of the house which makes an ideal spot in which to pass the time of day. A number of shady, secluded spots can also be found in the garden which is well maintained by the owners.

The villa was designed by a well-known Sicilian architect during the 1990’s. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living area of more than 70 square metres with a fireplace, living room and dining room, a kitchen, a locked store room, and toilet room. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with twin beds and a bedroom with a sngle bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with both shower and bath.

Mondello is a charming fishing village which has become a fashionable seaside resort for wealthy Palermitans who have constructed their summer residences there since the 1930s due to its proximity to Palermo (7 kilometres), wonderful beach and lively village full of bars and restaurants which become very popular in summer. Mondello maintains its fascination throughout the year but particularly in Spring or late Summer when its true essence can be experienced. Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve, Erice, Selinunte, Segesta and many other places of interest are all within easy reach.
