A wonderful country house immersed in seven hectares of olive, orange and carob trees which provide a picturesque fresco of the Ragusa landscape. The villa has recently been restored and furnished with designer furniture and objects. Outside there is a wide terrace facing the swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) and the surrounding countryside, typically Ragusan with olive and carob trees, in the middle of which are located an all-weather tennis court and a small artificial lake for fishing. The house is comfortably appointed and particularly suitable for large families.

The main part of the house comprises a large living-room with sofas, a dining table and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Through one of the bedrooms access is gained to the large "red" apartment comprising an open space with a bedroom and double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table, kitchen area and a bathroom with shower. The apartment also has an independent entrance. Near to the swimming pool there is a large room with independent access covering an area of 30 square metres with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. At guests’ disposal there are also 4 single folding beds which can be set up in any of the bedrooms if required. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating. There are 3 LCD satellite television sets (in the living room, in the red apartment and in the room with independent access). Outside there is a large terrace with a dining table for twelve people, a small sofa and two chairs made from wrought iron. The garden contains a swimming pool which is fully fenced off and equipped with sunbeds, a small artificial lake (also fenced off) and a tennis court with artificial surface.

The villa is located near to the village of Santa Croce di Camerina where you can find supermarkets, cafès and restaurants. It is 3.5 km from the traditional fishing village of Punta Secca and the numerous golden sandy beaches that are located nearby. Not to be missed are Donnafugata Castle and the village of Sampieri, both located within a few kilometres of the house. After a drive of approximately one hour you can reach Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Ispica, the cities of Sicilian Baroque now classified a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Syracuse with its archeological park and the island of Ortigia. Also within easy reach are the amazing nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, the gorgeous beach at Pozzallo (Legambiente Blue Flag award in 2009), the Ispica Caves, Caltagirone and the archeological-nature reserve at Pantalica.
