This charming villa is located in an exclusive and elegant complex of recently-constructed villas several kilometres from the village of Donnalucata in the province of Ragusa. The villa is surrounded by a luxuriant and well-cared-for garden which covers an area of approximately 800 square metres and is located in the middle of ancient olive trees and splendid bougainvillea. The beach of Playa Grande on the edge of the natural oasis of the river Irminio is located only a few hundred metres from the property.

The grounds contain a 5 x 12 metre swimming pool, a guest house with a bathroom with shower and a shady terrace which remains comfortable even during the heat of the day. Inside the main house there are a living room with fireplace and American-style kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, a further bedroom with a single bed and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and another one with bath. The mezzanine floor is reached via a staircase and comprises a room which is currently used as a studio and a room with a double bed. The mezzanine floor is open plan and without doors. The house was constructed in 2006 and has been furnished in a minimalist style. All of the fixtures and fittings are new. All the bedrooms are provided with air conditioning.

The Playa Grande beach is located less than one kilometre from the property and can be reached from the house by bicycle or by car. The beach can also be reached on foot via an underpass. The wonderful beaches of Vendicari, Eloro, Pozzallo (blue flag award from an environmental society in 2010), Irminio, Punta Secca and Donnalucata are also located nearby. Places of interest include the magnificent baroque masterpieces to be found in the towns of Scicli, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Militello in Val di Catania and Ispica. The numerous nature reserves and natural oases in the area are also not to be missed.
